Beautiful view from rooms facing the ocean. Gardens are also beautiful. Very steep hill to walk around the grounds. Everything else needs to be cleaned up (stairs, windows, balconies, glass elevator) or painted (refresh). Needs lots of updating n rooms. Very big, complete breakfast (where the staff there were very nice compared to front desk). Wifi wasn’t working the whole day (was working previously). We were told when we called, in late afternoon, to try again (which I did may times), because it worked at front desk! It seems it was my problem (no offer to troubleshoot). Front desk is far (steep hill) from rooms, so no easy task to just go there to meet them. Opted to go to delicious, simple and traditional restaurant across the street (S. Marguerita)for dinner. Looks like nothing from stree but has a lovely little inner courtyard.Andrea there was great and accommodating, highly recommend!

Wow!! Is all I can say!! This place is absolutely fantastic!! It’s a beautiful property in the countryside. Beautiful entrance, foyer, incredibly huge pool, stellar breakfasts and dinners. Our room was huge but still comfortable to sit in and have a glass of wine.
David, Nathalie and Alessandro went out of their way to make us feel welcome , and were only too happy to answer any questions.
Nathalie made the check in and check out easy and smooth.
David was the perfect host at dinner and breakfast. And he makes a mean cappuccino!
From the farm dog Gina to Rocco the cat , our stay of 3 nights here was memorable. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Hotel was beautiful and the staff were gracious. The only recommendations would be to be more clear about the private beach. They do not have a reserved beach and a few days the beaches were booked. Also when we booked the room description had a plunge pool but it was a hot tub.
