Fantastic beach house
Great house with fantastic views of the beach. The house has a well-equipped kitchen and the owners have thought of all the little things that make a family holiday easier and more enjoyable. Highly recommend.

Scenic perfection
Great place to getaway with the family. Very close distance to a fantastic child freindly beach. The view from the balcony would have to be the highlight of the stay. Would definitely stay again. 5 stars

Beautiful views
We had a wonderful stay at the house. It is in a great location and has beautiful views of the sea. The only thing we didn't like about the property was having to bring our own towels and linen.

Perfect Spot
We loved our stay here. The house is simple and has everything you need to be comfortable. The view is fantastic and is easy to walk down to the local shops or Bannisters for coffee. We'd stay here again.

Not a winter venue and a tired property
Admittedly it was unseasonably cold when we stayed but open plan, no blinds in living areas and only blow heaters made it quite uncomfortable. Bathroom freezing could have been helped by heat light. Great views but that didn’t compensate for this place that’s in great need of TLC. Not value for $$ disappointing for uk visitors. Never usually write negative reviews.

A number of things need updating..no blinds on windows made it open to all the neighbours..light on range hood needs replacing. Outdoor furniture at bit tough to st on.. But overall a great place to stay..

Beautiful property! Can’t beat the view!
We had a great stay this weekend! Scott was really helpful when we had trouble accessing the property. Mollymook it a great location, we had a peaceful stay with a great view. Also lovely coffee just down the street at the coffee van! Couldn’t ask for a better weekend away.

Great spot overlooking Mollymook beach
Great views, love the sound of the waves, great kitchen / dining / lounging spaces and comfortable bedrooms with lovely soft doonas and pillows. Listing says 2 bathrooms but there is only 1 but this worked fine for our group. I’d definitely stay at The Beach House again.

Beautiful view and short walk to beach
The house was clean and tidy and had everything you need. It could do with an upstairs toilet though. It's a short walk to the beach and the outside hot and cold shower is a nice addition. The sound of waves crashing on the beach was awesome at night. The internet was fast and reliable. We enjoyed our stay.

The view and location is excellent however the property is a little dated. There is only 1 bathroom which is restrictive with a 4 bedroom house. The communication from owner was great and overall a good holiday. I would defiantly stay there again.

Location and views were amazing but the property is very run down. Mouldy, smelly and lower level is uninhabitable. Kitchen and 1 bathroom (not 2 as listed) in good condition

Claudia With my apologies. Yes,the constant wet weather and humudity for 6 weeks does present challenges. Mollymook has recorded the wettest month since 1925. The cleaners do a great job,we will try harder for our guests. Kind regards Scott

Another wonderful holiday at Mollymook
Stayed here last December and was not disappointed coming back again! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this home, it’s spectacular ocean views, quiet convenient location and the friendliest bird life! Everything you needed was provided. Scott was most accommodating when we asked to extend our stay at the last minute. Thank you Scott we loved the house and location. Booked another 2 weekends on the spot!

Stunning ocean views

We had a fantastic stay. The house is very clean and comfortable, and has amazing ocean views. It’s also within walking distance of Bannisters and the local shops. The communication from the owners was great and the check-in process was easy. We will definitely be back!

Ideal set up - we very easily had one family upstairs and one family downstairs. The photos don't do this place justice as the view from the balcony was brilliant and you could spend the best part of the weekend lazy out there. The location was perfect - walking distance to the beach and more importantly only about 100m from the rooftop cocktails @ The Pavillion! Would def book this again.

Great location beach house
The family and I had a really good time at the beach house in Mollymook. The house is located within walking distance from beach, shops, etc. Scott is a great host, responded very quickly to all our enquiries and provided lots of useful information of places around the area. Comfortable beach shack with best views.
Comfortable beach shack with the best view over Mollymook beach. Suited our family with less than 10 minute walk to be beach and supermarket. 2 TVs were a bonus and beds were comfortable. Sea breezes kept the place cool. Value for money.

A sensational place for a weekend getaway
We spent 3 nights at the property. Sensational location with incredible views over the beach and ocean. The house was spotlessly clean. A pleasant surprise was the wine fridge and a great bottle shop and deli within a short walk of the property. Would we be come back again? Absolutely!!!

Fabulous retreat
A well situated beach house with fabulous views on both levels, the accommodation was comfortable, and the kitchen was well appointed. Scott was very helpful as a host and we had everything we needed for a relaxing break. I would recommend the property to others and would stay here again.
