internet not working for the hours after 10pm until we left the next day. No explanation , no consideration by staff . We chose to stay at leonardo’s because of the internet access - somewhat annoyed tab it was not availble for so long

Since we also did not have any information at first what led to the outage, we could not provide any information in this regard. As we have learned, the problem was directly with the provider and thus outside our responsibility. The hotel rooms were very comfortable and appealing. My friend and I were traveling for three weeks and this was nicer than the name brand hotels. I liked it more than I liked the Sheraton and Hilton hotels we stayed in. The decor was appealing. The kindness of the staff was what stood out the most.

Stayed at this hotel multiple times but this time was not the best. Had to switch rooms since loud and constant noises from the plumbing/sewage system. Breakfast also rather boring this time. Even though not an old hotel already a bit run down in the rooms. Should fix broken items.

Unexpected comfort in Ulm, near the train station. My daughter was a bit dubious during the 10-minute nighttime walk there behind the station along Schillerstrasse, which she dubbed "Sketchystrasse". But we were rewarded with spacious, comfortable rooms, a very good breakfast, and friendly, efficient service by the staff, including a "special situation." Would definitely stay there again.

Nice clean well maintained hotel.
Hotel is very new and in great condition. Staff are all friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is also very good for a german hotel. Parking beneath the hotel is good and not too expensive. The only slight downside it that the standard rooms are slightly too small for the furniture in them, making getting past the bed to the desk a bit of a squeeze.If the rooms were just a little wider (about a foot) then it would be perfect.

The hotel itself is good. The high charge for the parking garage is a con. 15 euro. I just park on the street parking nearby. The area feel a bit dark. And unsafe. If u travel alone. I wouldn’t suggest.

It was not Unique and the pull out bed/couch was not comfortable. While there was nothing really wrong nothing stood out. For business probably fine for leisure someplace else would be better option

It's a business hotel, much like any other business hotel. The shower is wet, the breakfast tastes good. The walls are quite thin. The lady next door, I couldn't hear all of the conversation, but she was agreeing with a friend with great enthusiasm. At midnight. And 3am. And 5am. At 7am I'm pretty sure she was praying. So yes, seems like the pharma convention went well.

Nice new place but let’s itself down
Really nice brand new hotel. A little out of town but not too far. The rooms are great albeit a little small. The coffee machine is a nice touch but don’t get excited, their policy is to only replenish the coffee and water every 3 days! Quite simply the stupidest policy I’ve ever heard. It cost virtually nothing but makes a massive difference. Breakfast was really good and there’s parking directly beneath the hotel

The room was very comfortable and clean. Not much in easy walking distance due to a busy main road, but the hotel had a phenomenal restaurant and bar. The paid breakfast buffet was worth the cost and one of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever had. My family and I will definitely be staying at a Leonardo Royal location again.

Upmarket style hotel close to station
This is a lovely hotel quite close to the railway station and the city. It is very well presented. The rooms are comfy, clean and in good condition and the breakfast is fantastic. The only thing that lets it down is the restaurant for evening meals. Food is nouveau cuisine which basically means you don’t get much for your money. That said the food was very tasty. I felt that being a lone person in the restaurant once my order had been taken it took some effort to get the waiting staff to come back to me for anything else. More interest was taken in the bigger tables of people. The restaurant wasn’t busy though. That said this wouldn’t stop me returning to the hotel in the future.

OK hotel
Stay wasn’t ok - hotel had been recently refurbished but is still not very high quality compared to many other hotels. Breakfast looked lacklustre. Hotel management were unhelpful - you can find better value-for-money hotels nearby.
