Cleaning staff was kind and thorough as were the staff at the desk at check in. The $55 resort charge, additional taxes and fees added up quickly. The charges for the resort were confusing and even when we attempted to utilize there were additional fees for almost everything offered so it felt confusing and misleading. No microwaves in the rooms either which would have been helpful to heat up leftovers and quick meals in between all the eating out. Would like to visit again but most likely will choose a different place to stay."

"Excellent! We loved our stay at the hotel. Two ocean beaches are a short walk away, plentiful food options, an outdoor pool + jacuzzi with (surprisingly!) always available pool chairs and gazebos. The staff was friendly and helpful, the pool bar had drinks and food + evening performances and music. Our room was absolutely new and immaculate. The only thing that didn't work as expected: we were unable to project our devices to the room's TV, as screen mirroring only worked with YouTube, but not with other streaming services or apps (and the HDMI ports to connect to were also inaccessible, as is very common with hotel TVs)"
