Unit I Pros * Comfortable bed * Air conditioning worked well * Hot shower with good water pressure * Small fridge included * Convenient location for accessing nearby hikes and attractions Cons * Worst check-in experience I’ve ever had. Arriving at 11 PM, it took us nearly 30 minutes to figure out how to access the unit. * The upstairs door seems unreliable and only opens when it feels like it. * Wi-Fi is extremely slow and often frustrating to use. * The shower is very small; simply turning around can result in bumping your elbows against the walls. * The property feels dated and somewhat run-down. * Several roosters roam the property and start crowing around 4 AM, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep after a long day of hiking. * There is no on-site staff, so if you run into any issues, you’re largely on your own. Overall If you’re simply looking for a place to sleep and shower between adventures, it may do the job. However, between the difficult check-in process, noisy mornings, slow Wi-Fi, and aging property, the experience fell short of expectations.

The location and view were fantastic. However, the room was much smaller and very different than what was pictured in the ad. The king size bed was excellent, but to have a window that looked out on the walkway where quests walked by was not what we expected and gave us limited privacy so we kept the curtain closed during our visit.

The location was great, the staff was nice. However, I tried to do laundry and only one washer was working. Several people were waiting the same. I also found a black grasshopper under my bed that scared me quite a bit.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Hawaii! The place was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We had no issues during our stay and really enjoyed our time here. One thing we needed was an iron, as there wasn’t one in the condo when we arrived, but the hosts responded quickly and delivered one right away with no hassle at all. Their communication and hospitality were greatly appreciated. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
