    Hill view is a stylish two-bedroom house, where every detail has been carefully curated to ensure a perfect blend of comfort and entertainment. As you enter the house, you're immediately greeted by the allure of a fully-sized pub pool table, complemented by a smart TV mounted on the wall for your leisurely enjoyment.

    Moving through the inviting dining room, you'll find a cozy space with a table that comfortably seats four—a perfect setting for delightful meals and lively conversations. The fully stocked kitchen, complete with underfloor heating and a convenient air fryer.

    Venture further into the living space also with underfloor heating, where a sprawling reclining corner sofa invites you to unwind in front of a smart TV. The large windows and patio doors not only fill the room with natural light but also offer views of the private garden.

    As you ascend the stairs to the upper level, a spacious king-size bedroom awaits, with a wardrobe to accommodate your belongings. The second bedroom, featuring a comfortable double bed, ensures a restful night's sleep. The bathroom boasts both a separate bath and shower, allowing you to choose your preferred method of unwinding after a day of activities.

    This thoughtfully designed two-bedroom house combines entertainment, functionality, and comfort, promising a delightful retreat for both relaxation and socializing. Welcome home.

    Please note:

    Check-in is from 16:00 and Check-out is before 10:00.

    It is professionally cleaned and the linen/towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also supply individual toiletries for guests (shampoo, body wash and soap) which last about two days.

    The property is set up to allow remote access with easy self check-in meaning that no direct contact with anyone is needed

    IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

    The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

    Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

We loved staying in this charming and cozy apartment. The beds were comfortable, and though it had a tub, we appreciated having a walk-in shower. The kitchen had everything that we needed, as well. Being near Ulverston’s town center and having free street parking, afforded us the opportunity to leave our car parked behind, and just stroll around beautiful town of Ulverston. The highlights of the apartment for us were the comfortable big sofa, where we could relax and enjoy the view of its pretty little yard. Also, the pool table was an extra bonus that provided us with several fun games of pool with our adult son on our down time! We would love to stay here again, if we ever come back to Ulverston!
