Bring the family to this fantastic accommodation with plenty of space for fun and a relaxing holiday. The flat is located on the ground floor of a detached house with another rental flat. Equipped with a barbecue for shared use and a terrace furnished with table and chairs where you can spend relaxing moments. Private car park on the fully fenced property. The beach is just a few minutes' walk away.

The new and comfortable flat is located on the ground floor of the house with a large private covered terrace with table and chairs at the entrance.the kitchen is modern and equipped with fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, ceramic hob with 4 hotplates, extractor bonnet, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils. The bathroom with shower, washbasin with mirror and vanity unit, bidet, towels are provided two per person (weekly change), the flat offers a bedroom with double bed (180x200), bedside tables and night lamps, large wardrobe. The living area has a dining table with 4 chairs, a flat-screen satellite TV, a coffee table, a sofa bed for two people, air conditioning and a free Wi-Fi internet connection.

A barbecue, trampoline for children and free parking are available for shared use in the fully fenced courtyard.

The area is one of the few where the coastline changes shape and type every few hundred metres and is rich in vegetation near the sea, where you can shelter from the sun during the hottest hours of the summer days.
