The hotel is very nice inside, clean, spacious and well maintained. The breakfast buffet was very good and there are plenty of choices of food for all. A special mention to Chevy at reception, she was very courteous, pleasant and very helpful to my wife and I. It is a very short walk to most parks ...

The room was spotless and very comfortable, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the amenities were top-notch. Everything was well maintained and made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Highly recommend when visiting Mérida!
