They then said i can pay with my card for the room but each addition guest i had to give them cash. Theg saud j would have to cancel my booking but refused to accept thr cancellation hence taking my money. They then claimed i stayed at their residence when trying to make a claim with orbitz."

Quando chegamos havia chovido e tinha água dentro do quarto, a moça que nos recebeu teve que usar rodo para tirar a agua… roupas de cama sujas, tv no quarto, porém não funciona porque não tem tomada, aliás tem apenas uma tomada no quarto que é usada para o repelente...
