"Busy, modern, well located, clean, big room, international upscale business hotel. Pleasant experience. Wish the cafe had offered coffee and croissants for breakfast as advertised- the full breakfast buffet was the only AM offer."

"This place has seen better days. We had a big apartment with a lovely view but other than that it was pretty grimy. The front office staff were fine, though not overly friendly. The real issue is the state of the apartment, it's in complete disrepair, exposed pipes coming out of walls, huge damage to other walls. Good location and functional enough but needs a good update. "

"Staff were all so friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and had great views. We made use of the gym and the sauna which were both well-equipped and very clean. The only downsides were that the road-facing room we had was a little noisier than we were expecting and the swimming pool wasn’t open as expected. "

"Spent 2 days here. Great staff all around and amazing staff that works the breakfast rush on Easter weekend. Location 100% for transportation from trains, rails, and busses. In fact, it was a walkable distance from Holland America terminal to hotel. "

"The room was clean and tidy and there was plenty of room. The shower was very good and the ensuite shower room small but good. Downsides were noise from the road traffic late at night at the weekend, narrow uncomfortable single beds, soap ran out in the bathroom and was not replaced, TV did not work (said no-one registered in the room).
