"Overall great"

"We stayed here for one night, but didn't use the restaurant (there's a Costa and Greggs nearby) or other facilities, so can't comment on those. The entire building looks very new, is in good repair and clean. The room was smart and comfortable. Despite being located close to the A45, it was very quiet. I could barely hear traffic when standing right next to the window. There were only very minor issues: The room's heating was a little noisy (fan noise) when operating, but not terribly so. The card operated door lock was a little awkward to open (we really had to crank the handle hard at the beep). There wasn't a fridge in the room. It looks like there used to be a minibar installed in the TV cabinet, but guess no longer profitable so removed. "

"The receptionist was so helpful and kind to respond to my query about the hairdryer and came promptly to my room to help me find it and was very gracious when I realised it had been there the whole time in a black bag on the hanger and I totally missed that! The room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable and I had the best shower. The breakfast was great with a wide selection of food and hot drinks. It was in a good location for the conference I attended at the St Thomas centre next to the cathedral. "

"I was not there for business.However if 10 stars were availble for each section of feedback ,i would award them.Iwas impressed with every aspect.The staff were superb.I spoke to other guests and they were full of praise for the staff and all facilities.l didn t want to laeve as it was so comfotable and welcoming.Totally brilliant."

"Room was freezing and the hardest mattress I have ever had. Not firm, hard. No breakfast available at weekends. "

"Comms with the owner was a bit patchy at times but the house was lovely with super comfy beds and loved that it had dedicated parking right outside. The cigarette butts in the garden was a little disgusting but inside was very clean and modern. Having 2 bathrooms was great too. Would recommend to anyone staying in Northampton and will deffo use again when we come back "
