"Rooms laid out nicely. Shower pressure and temperature excellent. Very convenient to airport rental car return."

"Friendly staff. Room did not feel secure; did not have a latch. Floor is mopped with dirty water. Had to clean feet with wipes before getting into bed. Washers worked; dryers did not."

"Elevator was not working. My room was on 3 rd floor. I'm 75 years old. It was rough with my luggage . Shuttle was great. Desk staff was great. Just only room for me was on 3 rd floor. I would never do that again ..stairs were too much. "

"The gentleman who checked me in was wonderful. The manager was very rude and disrespectful. They put me in a room that was not prepared. Moved me to another room that was already reserved for somebody else then moved me again to another room where the TV wasn’t working the phone wasn’t working and somebody had to come fix everything. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had."
