"The Hotel Singular was simply fantastic in and of itself and for its excellent location! The staff goes above and beyond, from Sergio ensuring I had a very early check-in, to possibly the best massage of my life by Hislamar Medina! There are insufficient words for Martin Torres, the incomparable Concierge who knew and handled everything immediately with a smile! My friend was staying at a big American chain and she said their Concierge was useless: “Thank Goodness we have Martin!!” The lobby and the rooms are delightfully charming, beautifully decorated from a bygone era. "Cold showers the entire stay here, in the middle of winter. Unbelievable. It's a known issue as the front desk says you have to let the water run for an astonishing 30 minutes and "maybe" the water will get warmer. It's one thing to have an unexpected issue, but to rent rooms with such a glaring issue in winter hoping no one will complain is pretty unacceptable. Also make sure you know that the included breakfast is at the restaurant and you have to verify with them that's what you're getting, because they hand guests a menu with expensive prices on it without saying anything, which I'm sure is very confusing for many guests and makes very little sense.
