What was not clear in the description of the unit, however, was that it is the top floor of a split level home, so it was accessible only by climbing a flight of stairs, something we wanted to avoid due to certain mobility issues. Overall, however, this was a very nice place, and well worth the stay. Thank you!"

Received a request for balance of payment the day before arrival....!?!?!?!?!On arrival, the location was a complete and utter dump (refrigerator in the driveway!?!?), busy highway, idyllic pool from vrbo advertising covered in a huge plastic, ugly green bubble, apartment was dirty, kitchen facilities in particular, an Xmas (?) half eaten, moldy pie in the oven, large holes in the door screens preventing privacy, heating went off in the middle of the night, total nightmare!!I am a longtime vrbo, global customer. In my humble opinion, this property should not make your availability list. SO sad to have had my trip ruined dealing with these anomalies. Host tried to be kind and helpful but ultimately sent me an extremely rude text. I do not believe that my expectations are too high having had wonderful vrbo experiences all over the world.Profoundly considering how to move forward in the future :-("
