Room was very loud between doors slamming and noise from the rooftop bar/street. Otherwise we had a great stay. The staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful!

The location is excellent for both the town and restaurants around the Lido area. Everything went well and we enjoyed the hotel. After 5 visits to Funchal over the last 5 years it was probably the best that we have stayed at. The hotel is quite old, but well maintained. It is starting to show its age, with small defects, that didn’t affect the stay but are noticeable. The room had a kitchenette which was very useful.
