"Too expensive for what you get, they refuse to give us the room until 4pm. It's a tourist hotel most of the people leave early. Can't believe that they couldn't have ready the room before 4 pm. The staff wasn't cooperative. "

"The clerks were very welcoming and pleasant. Check in was done with a smile comfortably sitting outside on the balcony with a drink. The room assigned to this old guest had a beautiful bathroom but the tub was not practical for me. I was immediately transferred to an equally beautiful room with a balcony with a splendid view of the mountain range AND a very nice walk-in shower. I loved the friendliness and the majestic mountains. Chandolin boutique hotel exceeded my expectations."
