"We stayed in bear cabin and loved it! Beautiful property and the hot tub was convenient to our cabin. The owner was great to work with and very friendly. "
"We have drove by this establishment several times during our stays in Estes Park. Great location as you’re only about 2 miles or so from the RMNP entrance. Quiet and pleasant comes to mind, would recommend you consider staying at Boulder Brook. "

Wranglers Cabin- Historical Log Cabin Nestled on Fall River!
10/10 Excellent
"This was a great stay. We really loved the cabin. It was not cleaned when we arrived but the cleaning team came in the next day. This cabin has so much history and is in the perfect location. We will be back."
Unique A-Frame! Just 1.5 mi to Estes & RMNP entrance
10/10 Excellent
"Great location, host always responded promptly, didn’t have any issues with any of the appliances and thought it was very cozy. Very close to the park and easy to get in and out of there."
"This place is was cuter than the pictures show! Adorable room with attached patio with views of the river. We loved being able to listen to the river as we went to bed and waking up. Jacuzi was amazing. Grill and electric stove top for cooking was very handy -- pots, pans, and utensils provided. Only advice, bring tuberware or ziplocks to keep any leftovers in the provides fridge."
"Excellent location, loves the river flowing right beside the unit. Saw elk on the property first night! Directions to the u it were slightly confusing but once we figured that out it was great. "
Cabin, views, private hot tub, hike into Natl Park
8/10 Good
"This property is in a beautiful location and was just a few short minutes outside of town. The property manager was so responsive and checking in and checking out was super easy. The only thing that was a downside is the lack of air-conditioning when it’s 85 outside. I know that was complete luck of the draw and I knew it did not have air conditioning when I rented it. I love the fact that the cottage is historic and I understand why The windows in some rooms are sealed shut. The smallest bedroom was nearly unbearable in the heat because of lack of airflow. Had it been just 10 cooler outside, this would be a moot point. It has absolutely nothing to do with the property. I would just advise others considering this property to think about the air conditioning issue if you’re coming during a time when it may be quite hot. When it did cool off, it was absolutely delightful overnight with the windows open. The sunrise was beautiful, and the hot tub was amazing."
