8.2/10 Very good! (117 reviews)
Don’t be fooled by the name !! This hotel might have been boutique back in the 80’s. My room (7), was decorated by my gran with an eclectic miss match of furniture. The bed was terrible and hardly slept all week, sofas were non usable as sooo uncomfortable, the phone reception was non existent and the WiFi was really as bad. Considering i work away, wifi is pretty critical for my needs and I couldn’t do any work which meant being on site longer than I would have liked. I’m working in Cheltenham till Feb 27 but certainly won’t be coming back here

9.2/10 Wonderful! (599 reviews)
Another wonderful Handpicked Hotel experience. This was such a peaceful and relaxing escape away from the noise and hustle and bustle of daily life.
Everything was perfect.
Room was clean and bed was so comfortable.
The staff were so pleasant and helpful.
The ground and landscape is just breathtakingly beautiful.
My only one recommendation is that they extend the breakfast time to about 11am. I felt a little rushed having to get to breakfast for the latest 10am. I think that a little early, but the breakfast was still a treat.
I highly recommend this place.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (435 reviews)
"Brilliant stop over and really enjoyed the theme of the hotel and rooms. Breakfast room was like a medieval banqueting hall - brilliant! Only issue I had was finding the right entrance as the post code for the sat nav does not work.....and if you arrive at night it is a little dark in the car park ..."
