"Bien que cet hotel offre le stationnement intérieur et le service de recharge électrique le stationnement n’est pas inclu dans le forfait et il est limité. Cependant, moyennant un pourboire et le service de valet, il semble y avoir de la place meme quand le stationnement affiche complet. Les ascenseurs au nombre de 4 sont plutôt lent à l’heure aux heures de pointe. Les restaurants sont très bien, un peu lent pour le déjeuner. le Ciel ! Mérite l’expérience. L’hôtel magnifiquement situé, à la fois près de tout et un peu en retrait de la foule du vieux Québec."

"Nice hotel, beautiful view, friendly and efficient staff. Our rom was just a bit dated, but everything worked and it was a lot of space for a 2 Queen room. Clean, convenient, and a better price than many options."

"The staff were all so incredibly polite and helpful. There was a leak in the front lobby ceiling, but it looks like it just happened the same day we checked in. They had workers in looking at it. Our room was so clean and absolutely adorable!! We were on the main floor and had 2 separate rooms with a sitting room in between. It was a close walk to all the heart of Old Quebec City, and we didn’t need to drive at all while we were there. There were many little restaurants surrounding and I honestly wish that I had booked a longer stay!! I would definitely bring your own shampoo if you’re picky because it’s the typical hotel body/hair washing gel. My daughter didn’t mind it, but I’m a bit pickier lol. There is limited parking, but there is a parking lot that is only a 3-5min walk away. It was surprisingly quiet and we had a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend!!"
