"Wonderful location for the Biltmore. The town was easy to navigate and pretty. Our room was very clean. The breakfast area was tidy and food good. Sit around the pool during the day it was quite lovely. Would stay again."

"Airport shuttle does not start until 5am so if yo have a very early flight - you may need to uber. This was not made aware until arrival. Upon arrivcal went to use bathroom in my room and there was a puddle of water on the floor. Went back down and told them about it - I was told they are fully boked and cannot move me.When I went back up the Maint. person was ther and confirmedit was coming from the seal of the toilet. I was told that he does not have any caulking to fix it and their solution was a towel on the floor and asking me If i am going to use the bathroom.. WOW!"
