Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
I booked and had a confirmation number. Drove for hours to get there. The road was blocked so we eight had to turn around and try another way. When the host EVENTUALLY answered, he said he had no booking! He said Expedia never communicated with him. We had to go from door to door to find somewhere that could take 8 people. Had to use one hotel for half the time and another for the rest of the time.
