"I loved the property. I am from New England and appreciate the B&B experience. That said, I think you should know how much the newly opened cafe next door affected my stay. When I came home at about 9 my bedroom smelled like deeply roasted meats. This isn’t a pleasant thing to sleep with. It wasn’t until the next morning that I realized how their exhaust fans and cooking are affecting the B&B . This is especially true during the air conditioner season. I wish you well and hope the cafe doesn’t hurt your business."

"Absolutely loved this place! The rooms were so fun and unique, and the staff was very kind and helpful. My only issue was that the stairs up to the bathtub in my room (the third floor jungle suite) were very small and slightly sloped, so it was kinda hard to get in and out of the tub. It seemed like the other rooms I saw probably don't have this issue? But all in all would definitely stay again!"

"Great location, walkable to many places. The host was easy to communicate with, and the house is spacious and comfortable. We especially liked the kids room, which comes already with a crib, toys, and books. The fenced in backyard is a huge plus, with swing and trampoline. The gardens around the house are filled with fragrant herbs. Only downside was one small bathroom, but we made it work. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for the week, and there are lots of books to read on the many bookshelves. I would recommend this place!"

"A very pleasant stay. The apartment building is older, and this was a 4 story walk up, for those who care, but it was pleasant, clean, felt safe, and well equipped. During one equipment issue during my stay, the host was very quick to respond and offer remedies. I liked that this is a 20 minute walk to the convention center and all kinds of great downtown places (Alpha Coffee, Eva's Boulangerie, Ivy & Varley, etc.), and you can walk through the beautiful City Creek Center, or even the Mormon grounds, on that walk."
