This is a great location for either hopping on one short bus ride to get into the city or train station or to get on the highway to explore other parts of the Netherlands.

Great place to stay.

This the seventh time I have stayed in this hotel & see no reason not to stay again as the location suits me & my friend who picks me up in the morning, the free breakfast sets me up for the day to come, the rooms are comfortable & spacious.

Excellent stay

As always I found the hotel met my needs very well & the staff very helpful (this was my 8th stay since 2018), the stay was made extra special this time due to the availability of an evening menu which was good quality food.

Yet another hotel that doesn't allow guests to disable noisy ventilation at night! To make things worse there was a light behind the ventilator within the ceiling flashing all night long (in addition to the blinking smoke detector of course). Staff was really friendly, but enforced ventilation and locked window are massive drawbacks!

It was our first stay at the hotel and for one night only but we enjoyed it. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable with very good beds and a great shower. There was a great choice of everything for breakfast and the underground parking is an extra bonus. In short, the hotel has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The next time we’re back in the area we’ll come back to the hotel!

Nice hotel around the Papendrop area of Uterecht. Has good public (bus) transport to Uterecht centrum. Breakfast could do with some additional choices. They do have a restaurant but if you get in late they can rustle up a decent hot pizza in the bar area.

We stayed in the wheelchair access room. It was behind the check in desk. I worried it would be noisy. It was very comfortable and quiet.

This is a great hotel, always clean and friendly. Easy parking and easy bus to the centre of Utrecht. Only strange thing is that the handsoap in the bathrooms smells of mint&parsley and the shampoo smells of sage. Probably best to bring your own; I smell like a herb garden this AM.

Lovely Serene Retreat

This charming 3 star hotel was a delight. It is off the beaten track, but the charm is in the seclusion and the peaceful surroundings. However, pedestrians are well catered for by buses which are a short walk from the hotel. Utrecht Center and the Railway station can be reached in around 10 to 12 minutes. The room was small - but adequate for a single person. Very quiet and very clean - as were the corridors. The bed was sumptuous, and the towels and linen were spotless. Shower and bathroom were immaculate. Larger individuals will have no trouble moving around in the shower as it was very spacious. The shower floor can be very - very slippery when wet - alleviated by standing on a towel. The room did feature a kettle, but was without a fridge. Staff were pleasant and attentive. Windows were fixed - with a narrow side panel which can be opened to let in fresh air. However, the room temperature can be regulated. I had a wonderful two night stay here.

However, one notable drawback was the lack of outdoor seating areas for guests. While the interior of the hotel was inviting, it would have been nice to have designated spaces outside where guests could relax or smoke. This absence made it difficult for those who enjoy spending time outdoors or need a place to unwind outside of their rooms. This hotel is a very conveniently located close to two major highways, when you have a car and looking for business meetings nearby. The staff was very friendly. The room however, was average at best. For instance, I didn’t have a safe or closet, or fridge in the room. The room was also very small. Breakfast options were extremely limited as well.
