"Check in took a long time, then upon entering my room I discovered an unacceptable stain on the bed. The receptionist eventually changed the linen but it was an ordeal. Then when checking out at what I would consider a sensible time of 7am, the ‘night porter’ was asleep with his feet up in an armchair with a baseball cap over his face. This is not what I’d expect from a +€200 a night hotel. I won’t be back."

"This was our second stay at the NH Collection Flower Marker Amsterdam and we couldn’t be more delighted. The staff were very accomodating on check in and our Junior Suite provided the space and facilities we needed to recover from a long flight. The location is very convenient with close access to public transport to get around the city. Will definitely book here again on our next visit to Amsterdam."
