This superb apartment is situated in Uttendorf, near Kitzbühel - Kirchberg ski area. Ideal for a family or friends as there are 3 bedrooms which can accommodate 5 guests. This apartment has a balcony for you to enjoy freshly prepared meals and sip a cup of coffee together.

Perfect for long walks, the forest lies just 500 m away. The lake is situated only 4 km from the property if you wish to spend a day by the lakeside. The ski lift lies only 16 km and you can enjoy skiing in the Kitzbühel - Kirchberg ski area in the winters.

Central heating is installed for a comfortable stay. You can prepare meals of your choice in the large live-in kitchen. In the garden, you can stretch out and relax in the fresh air. There is a private entrance. Parking is available for your convenience. You can bring 1 pet at an extra rate of €8/night.
