From our very first day at the resort right through to getting on the shuttle to leave, he was incredibly attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in making sure we had the best experience possible. He went above and beyond in every way — especially when he helped my fiancé plan the most perfect beach proposal. Every detail was handled with care, professionalism, and heart. To top it all off, he also arranged a private fine-dining dinner experience for us to celebrate, which was absolutely unforgettable. I cannot say enough about how grateful we are for Reinaldo and his involvement in making our stay a true 10/10. "From start to finish Zoetry exceded our expectations. We were sent to another resort we were unhappy with and got relocated to Zoetry by Expedia. As soon as we arrived we were greated by our concierge Dio who went above and beyond all week. The grounds were gorgeous and the beach was perfect. Our room was so pretty and was on the beach which was what I wanted. Room service was a nice feature which we used for breakfast. The food was amazing! The complementary horseback riding was also really enjoyable. We dealt with 2 different people named Juan Carlos who were both awesome. I cannot say enough how much we loved this resort. We highly recommend. "

"Staff was super helpful and friendly. Best we’ve ever encountered. Our assigned concierge, Kelly, was an absolute gem. Give that woman a raise! She took great care of us. Beach is gorgeous. Food is generally good. Not great, but good and plenty of variety. Need more palapas on the northern end of the beach. "

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (4.75/5) We had an amazing stay at Oceans El Faro and would definitely come back. Our concierge Reinaldo was INCREDIBLE — truly 10/10. He went above and beyond for us every single day. Any request, big or small, he handled right away and always with a smile. He constantly checked in to make sure we were having the best time and made our stay feel extra special. The resort itself was very clean, the rooms and beds were super comfortable, and the pools were awesome especially the lazy river. The beach setup was impressive too. Even with a group of 5, we never had to wait for chairs. There were activities all day for all ages, which was a big plus. A few things keep this from a perfect 5. The shows were hit or miss some great, some felt like fillers, and the theater volume was way too loud. Steak consistency was also an issue everywhere on the resort even the steak house. Ordering medium rare usually meant getting something totally different. Lastly, personal preference, but surprisingly there were no mango drink options (no mango mojito!)."
