"I took a taxi because the shuttle is way too slow and long before ending the ride à the R Republica. I lose my complete afternoon with the shuttle. 40 US $ Staff ALWAYS courteous and happy to help. Great asset! Room and laundry clean and fresh. My room had a leak in the bathroom: shower would leak under the sink..(room 3274) The rest is nice, the beach is great, well designed with a mix of pure beach and sun, or palm trees to avoid direct sunlight. "

"We upgraded to privilege when we got to the property and it was worth the additional costs! We had José as our butler and he was incredible; extremely polite and helpful. He made our stay comfortable and made us feel so special during our 2 week honeymoon. Victor, a server at the pool in the el beso side, has as also lovely. He remembered our orders after the first day :) Highly recommend this place! And ask for José if you upgrade :)"

"Not too many vegetarian Dishes. Menu was only online. It would been better if you have a QR code at the front desk for the restaurant menu and also QR code in the restaurant tables so easy access to the menu. Just to find the menu was not easy. It was hard to find the menu online. You need atleast one person for the restaurants who can speak little English. It was very hard to explain and order food. Some night my friends were hungry because could not order properly. Hot tub was Luke warm it could be little hotter. Other wise it was excellent we were 8 adults. 5 out of 8 were vegetarian. Facility was great not over crowed. One morning we could not find the chairs on the beach and staff notices us that we’re looking for beach chairs. and staff immediately brought extra chairs and set us up. we were amazed with the service. "Staff need training. Asked what drink we wanted but rarely came with them. Buffet dining area is really dirty and other restaurants tired and need renovation. Best food is seafood restaurant but very busy and service latchy. Entertainnent catered for very young crowd. Pool music far too loud and honestly crap. Beer drinking games....come on this isnt a club 18/30 ibiza holiday. Hotel drescribes itself as luxury, relaxation and ideal for bachelor parties and groups of singles. The two dont work...its either quiet luxury or a younger traveller you cant do both. Discos in reception area. I would have walked right back out if i had been checking in that night. Not enough sunbeds and obviously being reserved by staff for high tipping groups. 7am and beds already reserved ....funny how towel shack doesnt open til 8. The rooms are average but dont expect little extras like snacks or turn down service as this didnt happen. Diamond club not worth it in this hotel. They are currently forming areas only accessible to prime members so god knows where everyone else is supposed to go. Coffeeshop was nice and staff lovely. Our concierge Roberto was the best thing about the whole 10 day holiday. We stayed at Excellence El carmen a short distance away in January 26 and that is 5* luxury. Wish we had paid extra few hundred and returned there. Unless you want constant noise, music so loud you cant even speak to each other i would give thus one a miss. "
