"The space was GORGEOUS!!! Would stay again on my next visit!
HOWEVER- They absolutely need a better system for checking in.
Personally I came in as a solo traveler and with my flight delayed I didn't make it in until 3am! So even with all the instructions it can be very scary and overwhelming to not have a direct help line.
I think if the check in kiosk should be held in the area guests live it would be much much easier and less confusing. "

"The room was immaculately clean and the staff at check-in was courteous and polite. Couldn’t ask for anyone better.
Unfortunately at check out on Sunday, the Black female staff was very indifferent and aloof. Did not have the courtesy to look up at me after trying to get her attention for a couple of minutes. I had to ask about the extra deposits I had made for the 3 rooms as incidental hold if I had used any of the beverages in the rooms. Her behavior did not give me the justification to stay at that hotel on my next visit.
