I had no choice but to get another hotel. 2 hours later I received an email that they had assigned the wrong room. Too late. I want a refund of my prepayment."

"I booked this stay last minute and immediately tried to cancel it but Bergen Guesthouse does not accept cancellations. The property is close to the city center, inexpensive and newly - in progress - renovated. However, the walls are paper thin, the rooms lack comfort (our window didn’t close properly, only a ceiling light, no bedside lights, the power outlets didn’t work properly, no TV, no mirror). One full bath and one out of order bathroom to share between 4 rooms on the level we stayed....
