"The whole place needs massive renovations and did not jusify paying over 3100 euros for a 1 bedroom apartment. Considering the week after (we went on UK half term) the price drops to a third of a price, I would consider it a total rip off and taking customers for a ride. The owners admitted they are going through a 4 Million euro renovation project next summer which goes to show the state Alpina property. Don't go there until it is renovated in 2026. "

"it was the worst experience I ever had booking with Hotels. It is not a place or management team that is worth of being on your platform. In the email of confirmation there was nothing said about the place not offering bed linen, towels or even TOILET PAPER..... indeed we arrived and had none of the above. The place does not allow to walk with ski boots but we didn't get access to the boots area to store our skies and boots... I was almost forgetting, broken shower indeed! Place was...

"My spouse & I stayed during shoulder season / low season. The apartment is super cute and has great gadgets (cooking, nespresso, TV, etc). Unfortunately, the building's heat was off and we were not notified until after booking & payment, so the concierge sent a space heater that we had to set up ourselves. Also, all of the overhead lighting in the kitchen and living area did not work (which we were notified of close to arrival), so an electrician came by at 8:30PM. It wasn't able to be fixed...

"Superb location and access to the slopes. However one of the toilet rooms and shower rooms there is black mould on both the timber ceiling and timber bench top. Same with the kitchen benchtop. I couldn’t breathe in bathrooms there without feeling sick. Not the cleanest place either. However everything works just fine and the bedding etc no problems at all. Overall I think it was over priced for the result. But never the less we had a satisfactory stay."

"This chalet was perfect for 10 people (7 adults and three kids), the decor was not modern but is cheerful and charming, wifi works and everything is provided for cooking and eating at home. The location is excellent, just three stops on the bus from our kids ski lessons, and easy to access for shopping, but quiet and with a fantastic view across the valley. The housekeeper was prompt and helpful. Our only complaints were that the upstairs loo does not work, and it would have been nice to have...
