staff was amazing. so helpful and friendly. the room was much larger than it looked in the photos. very very clean and the air conditioning was amazing. location was a 12 min walk from the train station and 20 min from the heart of florence (duomo etc). but lovely if you want a location that’s nice and calm and away from the chaos. the only issue was the shower, sometimes it didn’t drain properly so just be careful of it overflowing. other than that, amazing experience and would 100% go back.
