"Os jardins são lindos, iluminação especial, um lugar inspirador, agradável de passar o tempo. O restaurante também foi ótimo. O staff é super atencioso, fizeram de tudo para agradar. A piscina coberta aquecida realmente era bastante quente, o que propiciou uma ótima experiência de relaxamento. Eu recomendo e pretendo voltar ao hotel. Conforme outras reviews, o hotel não é novo e realmente ficará ainda melhor se realizarem reformas - mas reforço que ele já é muito bom e oferece um excelente custo-benefício."

"Central location within a 5 minute walk for all that Petropolis has to offer. Great breakfast in a comfortable setting. Nice swimming pool area to relax. We had an issue with the toilet in our room and as the hotel couldn’t repair quickly they moved us to another room. "

"The walls were not insulated.I could hear the man next door snoring. We could hear them both using the toilet. Our bed was very uncomfortable. The shower head sprayed water everywhere. We checked out a day early."
