We booked for one night (room 14) and we had a bad experience. We woke up due to the loud noise of people being drunk. The walls are not sound proof, in addition to our stay the room smelled like mold and damp and after being there for a while we started having symptoms of running nose, breathlessness and itchy eyes and it lasted the whole time we were there, which was affecting my daughter who is asthmatic The bathroom really needs refurbishing, the room at night has a light that comes through the bathroom window and could no blackout at time to sleep.

Super clean room, I received an unexpected upgrade and it really was superb. Kitchen very well fitted out with everything you might need. The location is excellent and the property manager amazing. Quick with replies and I didn’t feel like anything was too much trouble.
The bed was so comfy and the pillows are the best I have ever slept on! The cleanliness throughout the property was fabulous. All in all a perfect 10/10 stay. Thank you

Room was not clean, dirty tables, dirty and dusty chair, towels provided had someone else’s sock in them, bed had someone’s birth certificate, rolling papers and other garbage under it. No do not disturb sign missing. Staff advised me to email and claim a refund, still waiting for response other than automated email 96+ hours later. Would not recommend this hotel.

Room was bad. Cut nails on the floor, we found a piece of glass on the floor with other rubish. Night staff were polite and nice. Also no shower gel in the bathroom, i came 11pm and night staff had to refill it at night as it was empty. Also some creatures running on the floor in the bathroom ( have video ) so unfortunately worst experience. Breakfast… hmm ok, but daughter was upset as chose this hotel as she saw pancakes in the photos, breakfast photos, which hotel does not do!!!!! In the end, location and staff are great, rest…. Not even worth 2 stars unfortunately!!! And i am staying well over 30 hotels a year due to work. Realy disappointed!!!

"The room wasn’t ready at check in at 3.00pm which was a shame. Also the bathroom wasn’t as clean as I would like. Also my bathrobe didn’t have a tie on it! The grill restaurant was so lovely however and the hotel room itself was lovely"
