"First time in Valencia for me. It was such a pleasant experience indeed. Staff super attentive and absolutely aim to please when I needed any help or had any questions. Guadalupe especially and another lady whom I don’t remember name , but they were absolutely lovely and super kind. Great location - bus right outside the hotel to take you to anywhere you want to go and walking distance to historical part of town as well. I’d definitely stay here again if I go back to Valencia. 👍👍"

"We arrived at lunchtime and got checked in promptly and room was ready for us. Got 2 room keys and map of Valencia to help us get about. Room very good, u fortunately we didn’t have a view of the square, but still very happy with room. Plenty of storage, safe, fridge and hairdryer in bathroom, however not very powerful. Bathroom had soap and lotion dispensers at sink, and shampoo and shower gel in bath/shower. They were lovely and can buy in reception to take home. The lobby has seating...
