"The apartment wasn’t clean. My husband had to wash the outside windows in order to be able to see out. That is just one example. I cannot list all the little things that I needed to wipe and or clean. I would recommend finding some new cleaners.There was a yellow tint to the water that we could not find out why, so we weren’t sure if it was safe to drink or not. The showerhead was at least 7 feet from the floor, making it impossible for a shorter person to reach. My husband is fairly tall and he could reach it but if someone else was there by themselves, they probably wouldn’t be able to reach it. Also, the water pressure in the shower was very poor. The remote to the TV was broke. We asked for a replacement and it never got there before we left. Our host was easy to communicate with, but didn’t feel like there was much follow through. Wasn’t comfortable with all the coming and goings of the people from the other attached rentals. A nice big refrigerator, a nice washer and dryer set, and a comfortable bed were the positives of the place. Overall, I would not probably stay here again."

"Property well kept up. Kitchen amenities extensive and complete. Washer and dryer easy to use. Quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed using the grill and sitting on the front porch watching birds in the yard.We were going to various State and national park areas and this location was very convenient."

"This place is absolutely excellent, except for one thing. It’s listed as wheelchair accessible, to get in you have to go up courteous with no hand rails to help you, then traverse a long ramp which is the best part, then you must traverse some lava stone before getting to the front door. The other way is to walk up a hill on either side of the ramp, also not possible in a wheelchair. My wife had to use a walker and that was difficult. The place however, is beautiful, well outfitted and clean, just don’t say that it’s something it’s not. "

"i extended my stay another month because Florida is beautiful and hot and this house is ideal for my situation. ruth has been an outstanding host, so much as i repainted the garage floor because it needed attention. so when you book this home, tell me how it came out in the comments. also, at night got to watch out for the frogs they always want to enter the garage, they are harmless they just needed to be booted out. if you're not from Florida then you need to get used to the bugs and all the creatures in their habitat. which i only encountered two frogs so far. this will be the house i always rent until my home is finished being built. i extended 2 more weeks so look for my last review in two weeks. "

"Overall our stay was very good. The house was as described in the description and in the pictures on Vrbo. The house was very clean and the amenities provided made it an enjoyable stay.There was a brief period of confusion on the day of check-in related to the security system but it was resolved efficiently that day. Towards the end of our stay, there was a regular scheduled spray of the exterior of the house for pest control. This spraying resulted in an abundance of dead ants in the screened in porch and we left a note for the cleaning group upon check-out.Even with these couple items, we did have a pleasurable stay."

"The pool was enjoyable in everyday. The dogs were good. With the hedges I was able to walk Bella off leash in front yard. Learned some about reverse osmosis, will look into for our home. Grilled almost everyday. Had a great stay now back to the snow. Met up with friends that have relocated. "

"Beautiful home! We were in town for a weekend to attend a wedding. Home is very functional with a split bedroom layout. Kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials. There were board games available as well as sound machines in each of the bedrooms - perfect for kiddos! Lot is very private, fully fenced in with electric gate. Will definitely re-book next time we’re in Naples! "
