Great place with spectacular views of the city of arts and sciences and Berklee College of Music. Awesome park close by for walking, running, and biking. Short walk to a large mall with a big grocery store. Convenient markets nearby as well as a pharmacy. Nice local shops and restaurants nearby as well. Quick Uber rides to the beach and city center. Laid back neighborhood with less hustle and bustle than the center of Valencia.
