An amazing place to stay!

This is one of the best places me and my family have stayed at! The apartment was beautiful and the location was absolutely perfect. The host was very helpful in getting us set up and gave us some wonderful recommendations for Valencia! They made our whole stay perfect!

Excellent in every way

Well presented and well equipped apartment, with most condiments and toiletries available to use (and leave for the next guests). Comfortable furniture, everything you need for a great stay. Super location and very helpful, friendly hosts. Highly recommended, I will return and for a much longer stay next time.

Spacious and conveniently located apartment

Enrique was a gracious host. He explained all the details of the apartment and was very responsive to all our questions. He also gave us lots of tips to help us navigate the city. The apartment had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Highly recommend this apartment.

Fantastic apartment!

The apartment was larger than anticipated and thoughtfully well stocked. I especially loved the high ceilings and large doors that opened to small balconies. The location was perfect, just a few minutes walk to Central Mercado (which was a perfect destination for me each morning while my adult children slept in). I would absolutely recommend this apartment!

Perfect Apartment!

We loved València, and we loved Margarita and Enrique’s apartment. It has everything we needed and was the perfect base for exploring the city. It was clean, comfortable and so beautifully appointed. Margarita and Enrique were so friendly and helpful. The day we arrived I was not well. They let us check in early and prepared the suite quickly so I could come and rest. We hope to return next year.

Spacious renovated in Valencia’s historic center

Valencia has a long fascinating history and this apartment provides amazing space and tasteful design right in the middle of it all. You’ll be able to walk to all the sites and neighborhoods or just a short taxi ride if you choose. The apartment was well stocked with supplies in the kitchen bath and bedrooms. Enrique was patient with our late arrival and very helpful helping getting us situated. Note that Spain stays alive well into the night so if you are a light sleeper or like to go to bed early then bring along whatever helps you fall asleep. We hope to visit Valencia again and hope Enrique and Margarita’s apartment is available!

Lovely stay in downtown Valencia

Four of us stayed in this cute apartment for a week while we visited our daughter studying in Valencia. It was super convenient, walking distance for museums, bars, restaurants, shopping, market, and public transportation. We love walking and exploring and this place worked perfect for us and our two twenty something children. The apartment was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed for amenities. As well as beach towels and umbrella for our beach excursions. Enrique also was very welcoming and gave us all kinds of great advice, brochures and maps. Super helpful host. Would definitely return to this location!!

Spacious, well equipped central apartment

This is a huge apartment in the centre of the old part of Valencia. The pre-trip communication with the owners was excellent and Enrique was waiting for us when we arrived, offering us helpful advice on the local area. The apartment is extremely well equipped and spotlessly clean. As it is so central, be aware that it can be noisy at night with some late night party revellers and frequent bin collections! However, this would not deter us from renting this wonderful apartment again. Valencia is a beautiful city and well worth a visit!

Geweldig appartement

De hoste is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Een warm ontvangst. Bij vragen is er binnen zeer korte tijd antwoord. Het appartement is schoon en aan alles is gedacht. Een rustige straat in het centrum. Dichtbij alle bezienswaardigheden. Een heel fijne week gehad.

Super zentrale Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Man fühlt sich direkt wie tu Hause. Der Vermieter steht jederzeit mit hilfreichen Tipps zur Verfügung. Die Lage ist ein Traum - einfach zur Türe raus und man ist schon im Zentrum der Altstadt. Alles ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Perfekt um Valencia zu erkunden!

The hosts were incredible. Every interaction with them was lovely. They made us feel so welcome and gave us great tips. Would absolutely stay here again. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. Location was convenient to walk to many places or get to public transit for things further away. Can't recommend enough.

Abgesehen von der großartigen Lage und dem Komfort hat diese Unterkunft auch einen besonderen Geist – Genius Loci. :-)Enrique ist sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Seine Empfehlungen für Ausflüge mit Kindern haben uns sehr geholfen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder hierher.
