Fantastic place to stay. Great location to downtown and the highway. Staff were pleasant and accommodating. Buffet breakfast is always delicious. Have stayed here before and would stay again!

The room was cleaning … 2 things affected my stay .. the glass door for restroom was not frosted enough and the bed was peeling some material on the bed

Clean, great for family of 3 and convenient location. Street parking is available and we lucked out and didn’t find any issue finding parking spaces. Walking distance to shops, the church, and food areas.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Saga Reykjavik. We felt welcome from the time we checked in until our departure. The daily breakfast was also a fantastic start to our day.
The room was very comfortable and bathroom amazing.
Our only suggestion and very minor detail would be to allow guests to turn the temperature down further than the air conditioning allowed to a preferred comfort level as we found the room quite warm at night even with the window slightly open being cold outside.

"We had booked Stóra Sandfell Rooms and Cottages for two nights but ended up staying only one. The setting is very peaceful and quiet, surrounded by woods, and it was different from the other places we stayed along the Ring Road. The kitchen was nice to have, and I can see how the patio and grill ..."

"This was our favourite stay while in Iceland. The cabins were well stocked and quiet, the right distance from town to feel removed. We were able to cook basic meals and we loved having access to a hot tub and sauna. Wouldn’t change a thing. It was lovely!"
