Guests access the entire home via lock pad entry using the last 4-digits of their phone number. Self check-in. You can arrive at any time after the standard check-in time.

There is a garage parking space and 1 driveway space. More parking is available on the street.

Our home is on a residential street located in Vallejo, California. Vallejo is a city situated in Solano County, in the northern part of the San Francisco Bay Area. It runs through a residential neighborhood in Vallejo, offering a mix of housing options and a community-oriented atmosphere.

Additionally, if you are driving, our home is conveniently located just 2 minutes away from Highway 80, which provides easy access to the entire Bay Area.

Things to note:
The garage door is temporarily out of service, but guests can park in our 2-car driveway.

Early check-in/Late check-out request:

Standard check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM.

Early check-in / late check-out request is possible with a fee. Please send the early check-in request within 48 hours before your check-in time.

Starting in September 2023, we hired a company that performs a monthly pest control routine to prevent ants from coming into the property.

Additional note:
The initial rate includes accommodation for up to 6 guests, and for each additional guest, there is an extra fee of $35 per night per guest, which covers essentials and utilities. The maximum number of guests the listing can accommodate is 10.

Please specify the number of guests accurately when making your reservation to match the actual number of individuals in your group. Any guests or visitors not reported in the reservation without authorization will incur a charge of $50 per guest per night.

Our property does not allow pets or animals due to severe allergies.

Since we use third-party property management software, guests need to make their payments outside the VRBO platform. This software is approved by VRBO, and the payment method is secure. If you need more details, feel free to contact VRBO support. As part of the process, we'll ask you to send a selfie and a valid photo ID. Further instructions will be provided through the VRBO message thread.
