Nice helpful staff; excellent breakfast; convenient to the old city of Valletta; good air-conditioning; wonderful rooftop lounge. Room had no sitting area, and the bedding was a single comforter that was too heavy no matter how the air conditioner tried.

The hotel and staff are all 5* and would defintley stay there again while in Malta - the hotel was always clean and in tip top shape .. .the area outside the hotel not as nice, there was also loud discussions coming from outside, behind the hotel at various hours of the night.

My wife and I had to spend an extra night in Malta due to a death in the family. The staff was very good to deal with. They allowed us to to drop off our luggage 5 hours before our check in time, that was very helpful. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel and if I to go to Malta again, I would stay there without hesitation. Grazzi

Location was great, central to Valletta and ferries. Buffet breakfast was very good. Evening happy hour was a nice touch. The rooftop terrace offers wonderful views, but was closed off season. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Strong recommendation.

Really good location. Short walk to everything but away from the noise of the busy city. Very helpful and friendly staff - thank you and very nice breakfasts. Even a complimentary drink of an evening with a lovely roof terrace to watch the sunset over the bay.

Great Hotel

Lovely room. Hotel very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location great. Enjoyed the breakfasts and the constant availability of the dining room coffee/hot water machine and bottled drinking water is a nice touch.

Quite, pleasant quaint little hotel. Breakfast was continental type popular abroad, we had no window in our room but the AC was sufficient not to notice. There was a mini bar if needed, fresh water was in the room every day and the room was serviced daily.

Great location

Great location in old Valletta, great walking in old town, restaurants within 5-10 minutes, inside of building all modern. Good free breakfast, 24 hour coffee and bakery snacks, staff friendly, beds and wifi good. My only complaint is that 103 our room door could not open completely because of electric panel.

We booked this hotel because it was one of the more expensive ones available during our dates and because of the nice views. Don't believe the hype. This hotel doesn't offer views. It's basically a glorified youth hostel. Bathrooms are tiny (literally no room for ANYTHING on the counter), rooms have windows near the ceiling the barely bring in light let alone offer a view, and the front desk isn't even staffed full-time. If you come back at night, you'll be letting yourself in, which is perhaps why the hotel desperately messages you ten times before arrival when you're busy. I also had a billing dispute with the hotel and they promised to resolve it, but then a manager said they wouldn't. This strikes me as highly unethical to promise something and then take it back. They were full of explanations, but no good ones. You literally can't even have the included free breakfast unless you order the night before and tell them what time you'll be downstairs. So much for a vacation. No view, poor condition, nothing nice, no service, and unethical people. I wouldn't stay here again, and my friends were shocked I stayed here the first time.

Lovely views from the rooftop terrace, especially ant sunset, and the complimentary glass of wine each evening was a lovely touch. Clean room and a good breakfast. Great location. We would definitely return.

This boutique hotel came with much more than was noted. All the staff were helpful and kind. The morning continental breakfast was excellent with a huge spread of offerings. At mid day they provide treats for their guests. In the evening they had free wine and a roof top seating area that had a wonderful view of the Harbor. I would highly recommend this place. My only critique is the fact that the bathroom is separated by frosted glass if any one uses the bathroom at night it lights up the whole room. I ended up using my phone flashlight so I wouldn’t wake up my wife.

The hotel looks great, wonderful architecture, the staff is amazing. Breakfast is delicious. The complementary wine to see the sunset on the roof top is a great idea. The only down side if I can say that was our room did not have a window, most of the rooms do not, this is because of the building architecture. It was not a problem we were outside all the time.

Great stay in Valetta

Lovely hotel, excellent and friendly service from the staff. The breakfast was nice, and the free wine was a plus watching the sunset on the rooftop seating. The location is good for Valetta, close but out the way for the noise, within walking distance of everything. Would suggest towels need changing more frequent but no other feedback.
