"The property had everything we needed for our break. Warm and comfortable and the hot tub was perfect! Great location for visiting Suffolk, we visited Southwold, Aldeburgh and the town of Halesworth which has plenty of cafes and pubs. Would definitely recommend."

"The location is great as it is very central to the town. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. Very clean room which had everything that I needed for a comfortable stay. Lovely cooked breakfast, too. "

"A beautiful house perfect for a group gathering. Kitchen is well stocked and has everything we needed for big group meals. The projector in the lounge was fun for movies. If you want to watch TV there is a smaller room with one, but can only fit 5-6 ppl.Beds were all comfortable and rooms were spacious. Once warmed up the house was toasty! Wood burners were also available. There was a wood store outside but maybe order some kindling to avoid having to chop your own!Parking is for 2-3 cars.There were enough bathrooms for everyone to get ready in the mornings.All in all a great house."

"A clean, cozy cottage, true to the pictures. Check-in info came with plenty of time before check-in date. Lovely touch of bread, milk, juice and water in the fridge. A great base for a stay in the area. "
