Daniel on the front desk was amazing, there was also a young lady who helped us with our air conditioning as we were having problems, she then went out of her way to bring us a fan and a bucket of ice for our drinks. The staff are fantastic and nothing is too much for them. Daniel had me in stitches, absolutely cracking personality.

Hotel was stylishly decorated and there was a nice vibe created by the layout of the social areas and also by the staff. Room was really comfortable, clean and well thought out, again stylish decor and a spacious bathroom. Nice view across the rooftops to the Liver Building. Staff really engaging and helpful - it’s the staff that make it. Would definitely go back.

The bathroom was equally poor with black mould on the paintwork, loose loo roll holder, insufficient loo paper for two guests over two nights and not restocked! The drench shower was right over ..."
