"Great stay, enjoyed the location. Pool was nice and a shop in the reception area. Roberto was great at check in late at night. Very welcoming and helpful. Only criticism was the maids seemed to work in pairs and spent alot of time talking loudly every day in the rooms or on the balcony. The walls here seems to be hollow. "

"Had an amazing stay at Sergio’s house. It is a beautiful property with everything you could ever need. Brilliant location to explore the island: close enough to Palma and some incredible beaches/supermarkets etc. Sergio is super reliable and had great communication throughout the whole trip. "The hotel is perfect for a quiet escape. The pool and gardens are lovely with lots of beds and places to lounge. The pool bar is great with a great cocktail menu. There are so many places to sit and just reflect and a beautiful inner courtyard. We used taxis to get into Palma and to the beach rather than hiring a car so it was a bit more costly. The hotel food was fine but the range was somewhat limited. Breakfast was really good. Our room was perfect, with 2 queen beds, large bathroom and a terrace onto a garden area. We made very good use of the 'spa' area which includes a sauna, steam room and indoor wellness pool. You can request treatments - there is one treatment room."

"This hotel was fantastic. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and professional, the food (breakfast and dinner) were excellent with a great selection plus you can have food ordered to grill at the moment. We were very please with this and we definitely will come back. I almost forgot the spa, it was included in the price and is great. Two thumbs up !!!!"

"Great hotel, the best we have had yet. No shuttle from the airport though. We walked from the airport (40mn) but it was a bit squetchy in some parts. You can take the A2 bus almost directly to this hotel. We had a room with partial sea view. It was an amazing view of the pool area and the sea. This hotel has 2 pools, a private sauna and turkish bath (you can book in advance), tennis courts, etc. They sent us a card for my wife's birthday and offered us 2 complementary drinks at the bar. Excellent customer service, no complaint at all. The dinner is 18 euros for an all you can eat buffet. It is ok, not extraordinary. We did it once and then went to explore the many great restaurants around the area. We found that this hotel had the best beach, best access, etc. We rented bikes and went around all the way to Palma centre, the cathedral, the market, etc. It was a perfect way to explore the area due to the many bike paths. Would recommend."
