"Really exceptional spacious apartment, with nice host, great view of the mountains. Excellent value for money. Good base to do exploring of the area from. If you are not a car driver, be aware that from the bus station, its over a busy road and up a hill, so don't want to do this too many times a day. There is a bus stop at the bottom of the road but we did not have time to investigate. The town is very nice and lots of Roman things around and places to eat. Really enjoyed our visit."

I saw maintenance ongoing, which is positive, at least they didn't ignore faults in the hotel and keep going while trying to maximise profit at customers expense like many hotel chains do.
