"Nous avons réservé notre séjour dans votre établissement en grande partie pour pouvoir profiter du couloir de nage. Or, à notre arrivée, nous avons constaté avec surprise et déception que le couloir de nage était complètement vide et inaccessible. À aucun moment lors de la réservation il n’était indiqué que celui-ci serait fermé. Nous comprenons que des travaux ou fermetures puissent être nécessaires, mais l’absence d’information préalable est particulièrement regrettable, surtout lorsqu’il s’agit d’un équipement important dans le choix d’un hôtel. Dommage car l’originalité de l’hôtel et le reste des installations étaient sinon conformes à nos attentes."

"You basically pay for what you get, small rooms, breakfast very basic, the hotel was a bit tired and basic. OK for staying overnight for a shower and sleep, before moving on."

"Always remember that you get what you pay for. This is a very inexpensive hotel and we only stayed for two nights which was fine. It does say budget in the title and the rooms are extremely small the bed was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was okay but the location was not the best we've ever stayed at and in a section of town that we never would have gone to had it not been for the location of the hotel. Perfectly acceptable for one or two nights but anything more than that I would certainly spend a little more and find a place in a better part of town."

"Chose this hotel due to its central location in Beziers and wasn’t disappointed for our 4 night short break. Warmly welcomed by English speaking staff and sent up to our 1st floor comfort standard room. Compact with no separate shower room but overlooking the stunning town square with its fountains with a little balcony to drink coffee. Wi-fi ok’ish. Cleaned really well everyday and in very good condition. We didn’t have breakfast in hotel as so much choice being in the town centre so can’t comment on the food - no kettle or fridge in room. Felt safe in and around hotel and cost €10 for taxi from train station although we did walk this a few times easily when we didn’t have our suitcase. "

"Very clean room! The enrire hotel inside and outside very clean! The breakfast was amazing! The owners all 3 were wonderful, happy and very helpful! We used a cab which the hotel called for us! We cannot wait to return! Thank you!"
