"Staff were very friendly, I went to store my bag and the room was ready early which was a pleasant surprise. Room cleanliness was excellent. The pool was freezing, the hot tub was nice after walking around all day however the jets are not very strong. Overall good location, would recommend"

"Great place to hang your hat while you are exploring North Van. Friendly staff, delicious free breakfast. A quick bus ride up the mountain. The only thing that would make it better would be a pool, but that’s me being a SoCal girl because I think every hotel should have a pool 😁"

"Staff is typically helpful. Didn't honour gift certificate I was given to compensate for a bad room experience at their sister hotel downtown Van. I like stay8ng but if I'm.paying 450 a nite I expect more."

"Pay close attention if you want a non-shared bathroom. Property was overall clean. Only thing was shower walls were not cleaned, water marks from previous occupants. Hair conditioner bottle was completely empty. Simple things but just made it obvious that the shower was overlooked."
