"What an amazing little hotel. First off the location is perfect. The rooms were spacious and tidy. One of the first hotel experiences I've had where I didn't wake up so dehydrated... If you know you know. Free parking downtown Vancouver that alone saves you around $5 an hr. There is an open air courtyard with a cute little garden and an outdoor seating area next to it with a cozy gas fireplace. They even have a cocktail hr for 2 hrs every night with zero cost alcohol free cocktails and snacks. I will definitely stay again!! "

"The staff-I was quite stressed due to a flight cancellation and the staff was exceptional, especially front desk and the staff assisting with luggage, helping me to my room and also when I left not only taking it down but securing luggage on a cart for me, very grateful!"

"The room was clean and the staff was very helpful with navigating parking. As it was my first stay there, Avers even parked my car me. Unfortunately the restaurants were under renovation during our stay, but i would love to come another time, to check out the Breakfast and the bar. Im not sure what i did to deserve it, but thank you to the manager who even gave us free parking! breakfast breakfast "
