Bright, comfortable, modern accommodations in an upscale neighbourhood within walking distance to downtown attractions. Much more reasonably priced than hotels in the same area. Would definitely stay again.

The place was as pictured and the location had easy access to the city by foot or by skytrain. As we were there right before FIFA 2026 the road was shut down (not the properties fault just a heads up for people staying during that time).Would be easier with a FOB for the building but the buzzer did work when we needed to use it.Overall our experience during the last part of our stay was great and Paran was easy to communicate with and got back to us in a timely manner.

A great location and nice building! No parking with the apartment, have to pay daily/hourly in the public parkade. No key phob which makes it a bit different to get into the building as you have to call the host on the entry panel every time to enter, rather than a phob and if you have to wait any amount of time for the elevator you have to redial at the entrance pad. Overall it’s a great location and nice unit but added extra cost daily/nightly for parking and definitely odd with the no key pad but overall a good stay! Clean and safe building/area Host was responsible and friendly

Title: Extremely Misleading Listing - Do Not Book!I booked this property for my trip to Vancouver, but it turned out to be an absolute nightmare. The actual address provided by the host did not match the booking confirmation at all. This major discrepancy caused massive inconvenience and completely disrupted my travel plans. Providing entirely inaccurate location details is unacceptable. Avoid this host and listing at all costs to protect your trip!
