We had an amazing time at this rental! The place was clean and comfortable and the location was perfect. The kitchen well equipped and the beautiful garden was perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach. We stayed for one week and would definitely stay again.
Livios apartment was an ideal location for kitsilano, the apartment was homely and so convenient for the local bars and cafes. Livio was very quick at responding to a number of questions we had and gave some great advice about restaurants in the area. Thank you for a lovely stay in a lovely place.

There isn't any better location for staying in Vancouver. This place has a feeling of staying with friends. If you're interested in an austere hotel, this isn't the place for you But if you want a homey welcoming atmosphere with a beautiful little outdoor garden then you'll probably love this place.

This was our second visit to Vancouver; it does not disappoint! The food, people, culture, and availability of public transportation is superb. Be prepared to hunt for parking should you choose to rent a car. Livio's place is very convenient to the beach; yet somehow he's managed to create a secluded and peaceful place to relax and enjoy your stay!
This apartment was a stone’s throw to the beach with lots of small cafes and restaurants as well as larger food stores. We had everything we needed in the place. Very comfortable bed! And lovely garden was a plus.
The one bedroom apartment is just 3 minutes walk distance to Kidsilano Beach and walking distance to UBC, Yale town, Granville Island and downtown. The small but beautiful garden provides a good place for smokers and night talking.

Garage sale decorated
Tired, dated, not very clean, not many amenities (no shampoo, paper towels, wash cloths, dishwasher soap). Plastic on window without glass, tape on front door instead of weather stripping, leaking bathroom tap, drains plugged. Won’t stay here again - outrageous price for what we got.
Das Apartment befindet sich im Erdgeschoss mit kleinem Garten. Es hat eine tolle Lage in der Nähe vom bekannten Kitsilano Strand und ist unweit vom Stadtzentrum! In der Umgebung gibt es tolle Geschäfte und Lokale und was selten in Vancouver ist, es gibt freie Parkplätze, die ohne Zeitbeschränkung sind! Es sind nicht viele aber wir haben immer einen gefunden! Nachteil der Wohnung ist, dass sie etwas altmodisch drinnen gestaltet ist (auch etwas dunkel) und etwas modrig riecht, da es eben eine Erdgeschoss Wohnung ist! Sie ist aber ansonsten Tip, Top und ich würde sie trotzdem jederzeit buchen!
