This luxury condo is located in-between Gas Town and Yale Town. Amenities to this unit are ideal. There are two major grocery stories just minutes from the condo. Costco being one and TNT being the other. Five star restaurants and coffee bars are also within walking distance. If you would like to do some touring then hop onto the Aqua bus. Going to Grandville Island is a breeze. You can also take a bike ride around the sea wall and enjoy the ocean and Stanley Park. This condo is close to just about anything that you would like to do, whether that be shopping, sightseeing or just relaxing in a coffee bar.

Excellent location for events, food and activities - would absolutely stay here again. Host is helpful and responsive, condo is clean, well appointed and exactly as shown in the listing with amazing views.

Great location

Great view from the condo, and great location with easy access to Rogers centre/bc place, science center, plus easy to get around via TransLink & aquabus. Would definitely stay here again on a trip to Vancouver.

Loved this property

This property is in a prime location for attending events in the area. We had a short, comfortable stay. The check-in instructions were very detailed and included pictures, all of which made it so we had no issues accessing the property. We would definitely stay here again.

Vancouver Getaway

We stayed at this lovely condo during our trip to Vancouver. The condo was very clean, comfortable and very secure. Most things we wanted to see were within walking distance or a short ride on the Aqua bus.

Great View Great Location Great Host

My wife and I basically chose this place because of the proximity to Roger's Arena, where we were attending a hockey game during our long weekend in Vancouver. This place was awesome; great view, great location, great accommodations and a great host. Helene met our every request even supplying a larger parking space for the truck. We highly recommend staying here and will stay the next time we are in Vancouver.

So helpful!

What an easy transition from our arrival to our departure! The manager was always available for questions and suggestions. Check-in and check out was especially easy compared to other VRBO experiences. The apartment location was convenient to all the main attractions we came to see. Public transportation is right outside the building and many shops, grocery stores and restaurants are within an easy walk.

Beautiful condo w plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Very comfortable and stylish furnishings. Views were amazing! Even on a rainy day. Great location to walk to shopping and dining w lots to choose from. Hellena was spot on w communication for checking in and out and for navigating the parking garage and building. This will be our go to when we visit Vancouver again.

Nice place in Vancouver

This was a nice place to stay in Vancouver. Very easy getting around with Uber. Close enough to everything you would want to do. The condo was very nice and clean with beautiful views. Our property manager was very attentive and quick to answer any questions or concerns we had.

Beautiful convenient condo

My daughter and I came to town for some Christmas shopping. The condo was lovely and convenient to walk to shops and restaurants. Beds were comfy and the view was amazing!

Nice luxury suite located right next to Rogers Arena.

The 2 bedroom suite was immaculate, and the location was right in the heart of the downtown core located across the street from Rogers Arena. I will consoder booking again on my next visit to Vancouver.

Great trip

Nice property with lots of restaurants plus proximity to the seawall and Skytrain. Only real downside was some of the area hasn't been redeveloped but this can be mostly avoided if you know which streets to avoid.

Great central downtown location

Compact two bedroom, two bath condo had everything we needed for a good stay. Provided parking spot was a tight fit deep in the underground parking structure, and close to the elevator. Check-in codes, door/elevator fob, and garage fob remote was a challenge to master. Was able to walk to a lot of attractions and condo amenities were nice. Would stay again.

Great stay

This place was perfect for our trip to Vancouver. We were close to the skytrain station, arena, stadium, shopping areas, movie theater, and a plethora of food options. There are also 2 grocery stores and a liquor store close by. The condo was perfect for our family of 3 and the stocked kitchen and in-suite laundry machines really helped us save some money. The building is also nice and easy to access. Best part of this booking was the owner. She was very responsive and provided easy to follow instructions for everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay

This spot is as advertised. It was great for 2 couples who came for a weekend away. The location was convenient for all the places we wanted to explore. However, there is a lot of homeless/drug use around the area. The security of the building was excellent, and we all felt safe, but walking around the area is a little hit or miss. Everything was very clean, communication was great, the parking spot (also VERY secure) was a big plus for us as well. Thanks for a good stay.

Friends Getaway in Vancouver with a View!

We thought this lovely condo was thoughtfully decorated and had everything we needed for a short vacay with friends with a view! It's close to Rogers Arena, the ferry launch, and China town. It was also fairly easy to get taxis in front of the complex. Thanks Hellena for all of your hospitality, always very quick to respond!

5 days in beautiful Vancouver

Overall impression is good but a couple of comments. Never used microwave as door seemed to be jammed. Lighting very poor in main bedroom. Second bathroom toilet handle needed to be held down to flush. Accessibility once in very good. All amenities were excellent. Location excellent as Skytrain is so close and bus to English Bay just outside door. Would stay there again . Dennis, Valrie and Julie.

Very nice

Very nice spot. Things were clean. Location is really good. Check-in is a nightmare But I have a feeling that this is the building in total as when I arrived three other families were trying to get in the building as well. I finally got it after a few tries. The lights take some figuring out and the guest bathroom toilet has some flushing issues. Nothing major. All in all very happy.

Great stay, just keep location in mind

The property was very clean and comfortable. Communication was fantastic which I find to one of the most important aspects. The only thing to note is the location. It is very handy but it is quite close to the sky train which you can hear. If sounds at night bother you be sure to bring ear plugs or white noise. Other people have noted that the location is not good because of the homeless around but it is Downtown Vancouver, the homeless are all around downtown. I found the location to be very convenient and easy to get to. A grocery store is right near by which is fantastic! I would stay here again for sure!
